Does it cost anything to ask for a quote?
No. The itinerary and quote are free, with no obligation. You only pay once you decide to book.
How much is the deposit, and what if I cancel?
A 30% deposit confirms your booking, and the balance is due one month before departure. If you cancel 30 days or more before departure, only the deposit is kept. 29 to 14 days before departure, 50% of the total is payable. 13 days or less before departure, no refund is payable.
Private tour or small group — which should I choose?
Private tours run on any date, for any group size, with your own vehicle and guide. Small-group departures share a guide and vehicle with up to 12 travellers — good value and built-in company for solo travellers and couples.
Can you plan a trip that isn't on the website?
Yes. Most of our trips are tailored. Pick any tour as a starting point, or describe what you want in the message box, and we will plan the route around it.
Who will I be talking to?
Our own planning team in Marrakech — not a call centre or a reseller. We do not outsource or subcontract our tours.
